Stuart cove and Bahama Divers, both are for the "Newish" divers. The "old hands " here would be crazy. The dives are escorted and "duck like" ( follow the DM), but they will do a good job getting everyone comfortable and cater to the every whim. BD have a DVD available after the dive so you can memorialize the dive.

We dove with them in October 06, and my Newbie wife loved the attention BD gave her. And she still looks at the DVD....Its hard to beat the Bahamas for clear aqua blue water!!!

Im with the other diver who said go with Stuart Cove... The Shark Dive is a MUST for you and your wife. Im not sure if the 10 year old can go down, but I know when I went, there were kids waiting on the boat.
The dives there are awesome and the sharks are awesome. Kneeling under them as they all swarm in for the fish together feels like you are standing under a helicopter with its blades spinning. The water rushes at you and there are sharks swarming all around you, bumping into you and coming right up to you, face to face. What an amazing feeling for a new diver. You wont want to get out!
