You could use the russian word for diver - водолаз
sounds like (vo do laz)

"Credit card debt" or "broke" or "bent". Hmm, "Narced".

You could name him after one of the related laws:
Archimedes
Boyle
Chalres
Dalton
Henry
Murphy

Archimedes
Buddy
BWRAF
Cesa
Deco
D-ring
EANx
Finpivot
GUE
Heliox
Hogarth
Hydro
Ian TD
K-valve
Narco
Oxtox
Scooter
Squidgie ... (Brit slang for a rigid bottom inflatable boat)
Trimix
Vertigo
Zodiac

NWGratefulDiver:
Thanks! that's a good one.
"Come here CESA (whistle.)"

Lots of good names here! All I could come up with is: Neptune, Hookah, or Cousteau

mrobinson:
"Come here CESA "

ok, hopefully the kitten is not a bilingual (English-Spanish) cat, because
"cesa" means "stop" in Spanish... so how would that sound?

"Come here, Stop!"

:11:

I don't have any names to suggest, but both of my cats (Taco & Eggroll) think having a scuba related name would be a good thing.

Lanyard.
