New in Charlotte

Hi folks,

I am about to do my Open Water class. Got into this because the Scouts in my Troop wanted to do the Scuba Diving Merit Badge. I'm a Scoutmaster of a Troop with 80+ guys. I have already found answers to many of my questions leading up to my first set of classes.

Now all I need is money and time!

Money??? I thought skiing and golf were expensive.... that was until I started diving!!!

Welcome. Once certified you'll find many divers in the area that will be glad to have you join them for dives in the area. We're blessed with PDRA quarries, Blue Stone quarry, Lake Rawlings, and the NC coast 3-4 hours away.
