Call or email the dive shop in Cozumel that employed the guide. Lots of helpful people in the diving world.

There are plenty of more negatively buoyant fin options like SB Jetfins, Hollis F1 (aka Batfins), OMS, Diverite, etc. You could try those but I don’t think that is going to be your panacea.

I noticed something in the picture which you posted that gives me a clue to your trim issues…

You have what I presume to be a trim weight on your tank band but when you are in a good streamlined position, that trim weight is ahead/above your hips and this will cause you to rotate forward.

It might not be that your feet are too light, but that your trim weight placement is actually working against you.

Just a thought.

For reference, this is what I looked like AFTER I switched fins with my guide in Cozumel:

You will have extremely tough time finding fins that work well both in a 3mm shorty and 7mm full suit (drysuit being even worse)
Female lower body is inherently more floaty than male's.
You're showing 0-24 number of dives on your profile, which potentially may be the culprit. There are many ways to move your weights around to achieve proper trim (trim pockets, weight belt, positioning your tank higher or lower, etc.). Another one of them tricks is to use something like Chuck Taylor converse style boots to avoid added buoyancy.
If you have your BCD and BP&W riding up on your body, crotch strap is one good way to minimize that. You can attach it to a pretty much any BCD (when renting, remove at return), most BP&W's will come with it off the shelf.
