Definitely go to the History of Diving Museum. It's a great way to spend a day when off gassing and it's interesting for divers and non-divers.

Eat a Cubano (Cuban sandwich) with a cafe con leche. Juice House, Denny's Latin Cafe, Fernandez the Bull, lots of places to choose from they're all good.

Spiegel Grove is fun wreck dive. Hire a private guide if you want a bit more safety and someone to take you through the superstructure swim throughs between 70 - 100 ft (bring a dive light).

Christ of the Abyss is a fun shallow reef dive with an interesting focal point.

A night dive can be fun.
