NEw digi cam?

Hi guys!
I am currently lookin for a new digital camera, and was wondering what to choose! I live in Denmark and would like to use the camera both over and under the surface. I have considered the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-P200/150, or something in that price area. Have any of you got some ideas to other cameras or some experinece with the above?

I would like to know advantages/disadvantages + the possibilities for lights, arms etc.

Please help my as I am new to UW Photography.....
