If I skimmed this correctly... Sortis will be serving 57 months (concurrently) for each of the 3 charges he was found guilty of?

For those TL;DR:
In January 2022, Sotis was sentenced to 57 months in jail and 3 years of supervised release. He is currently in jail where is a model prisoner, and has begun taking college courses.
Voissem was sentenced to 5 months in jail, 5 months in home confinement, 3 years of supervised release. She should be out by now.
An appeal was submitted by Sotis in August (first version in May) and a demand for a release on bond was submitted in November (second document above), while waiting for the result of the appeal (to be deliberated on Feb. 2023).
The last document is the response from the government's attorney, who doesn't seem to have had a change of mind on the topic.
