I would like to congratulate our newly certified scuba instructor Mr. Eloy Vega who is also a Captain in the Laredo Fire Department. Laredo Scuba Diving Club now has two certified PADI scuba instructors. We will be honoring our new scuba instructor at our monthly meeting. Let's go diving.
