Well said Gilligan. Get a new Camera, sell your wife's gear and get a strobe.... just kidding but do get a new camera, 3mp is a joke nowadays.

Thanks for all the feedback so far. Looks like my options are a souped up Yugo or a Mercedes with no headlights.
Anyone have experience with the Sea & Sea DX-GE5? Looks like there's a package or two out there that would get me into that camera and a strobe for not too much over $600.
