Hi...I,m Jimmy Mc and new to the sport as well as this sight. I'm born and raised in Southern California and reside in San diego. I am currently certifeid as a PADI open water diver but looking forward to expanding my certifications. Have only a handful of dives locally ( La Jolla Shores, Marine Room ) but did have a recent dive trip to Catalina for 4 days which was great. Looking for people in the San Diego area who dive regularly and would like a new dive buddy and friend! Please feel free to leave a messege on my new and very empty profile...lol! I am from Peoria, AZ but we dive in San Diego occasionally. Maybe you could join us?! We dive off live-aboard dive boats as well as La Jolla Cove, Kellogg Park, and the Marine Room. We also sponsor dive trips in the Channel Islands (depart from LA).
We are a brand new store in Peoria, AZ however in our previous lives my boss and I ran another dive store in Phoenix, AZ (he for 38 years, me for 17) so we are very experienced!
Hopefully we can meet on the shores one day!

As blue steal suggests, it would be a great idea to look up the Southern California subforum and post there. There are a lot of Southern California divers here on the board, and I know some of them are very happy to meet up with new divers and help introduce them to sites. You'll find a wealth of information and contacts here!

Hi and thank you for responding! I would love to dive with you sometime and am very interested in diving off of a live-aboard. Any dive trips you may have coming up I would be more than interested in! Thank you once again and I look forward to meeting and diving with you in the hopeful near future!
