Just got a Nemo Air demo model and the battery was low. Tried to change the battery, but the cover is stuck. Barely wants to budge. I used a silver dollar to really fill the slot...no help. Any suggestions...or just send it back to the dealer and let them worry about it? It does make me wonder about changing the battery in the future. It's supposed to be user changable, but I guess not.

I suggest you take it to a Mares dealer. While the back door should be snug, it should not be impossible. Prior to you damaging the door, I'd have a tech look at it to determine what the issue is. In the future this should not present a problem. A quarter and a small pair of pliars for leverage is generally more than enough to open this door.

Best,
