Need usggestions for Diving

My brother in law is moving to Eglin AFB this summer and I want to get a list together for him of dive shops where he can go take a refresher and more training.

Are there any DIR shops near Eglin?

Is there a website or a book that discusses the dive sites accessable from the area? We plan to visit him next winter and want to have some idea of where to go diving.

DUH! He's going to Florida. What was I thinking?

Is the training site far from Eglin? I think it might be easier for them if they had an instructor close to where they will be living. Or a divs shop they could affiliate with in the meantime.
