Need new fins- advice sought

RE: Split fins.

I have tried the split fins and although they worked fine, I prefer to have a reserve of power and felt it was missing from the splits.

My personal favorites are the SP Jet Fins. The XXL's would probely be your best bet. They have the power to push doubles and they are great with singles. They are the most durable thing out there in the scuba world and have stood the test of time! If you try them and are not happy with them (which is not likely) they have a excellent resale value to boot. So try on a pair in the water and see if they move you too. I like the Mares Quattro's too ,but Jet fins are my absolute favorite!

Ditto on all! And when you get your new Jets, don't forget the spring straps. Then you'll have an almost maintenance free (asides from rinsing them) pair of fins.
