Thanks to all for the help. I kept tried hammerhead.com with no success. they have a real nice website. Can anyone give me any feedback on their backplates and service?

Correct me if I got this wrong: They are a actually a metalworks company, doing fabricating works in S steel. The backplate is their side business. One of the partners is a diver(wife and son are divers too). I purchase the hammerhead from them. I made a phone order(from Malaysia) and have it ship to a friend who later brought it back to me. They had a AL backplate not too long ago. The backplate are of good quality for the price, it cann't get any better(not to say that the other are not good). The slots make carrying the bp/wing a lot easier.
Their service are prompt, and they reponse fast regarding the status of the order. I am quite happy.

Bought one of their BP's last spring, and completely happy with it. I believe you can order them with or without the carrying handle (Mine came with them), which works out great for me, and doesn't rub or effect the rest of my gear.

As for customer service, my order came with the wrong STA. I contacted Ed, who shipped the correct one to me, and reimbursed me for shipping the wrong STA back to him. No complaints.
