hey all , i can get the oly 7070 and the ike-lite pt-o27 housing to go with it, at what i THINK is a good buy, approx 800 for both ,but i really want to know more of the both of them can anyone help, and or give me some feed back on these two items, i MUST upgrade from my reefmaster dc-310 pro kit, it has done me well but in the five months i have had it, i have out grown it!! thank you in advance for you help on this info!!!!!!! ;)

The PT-027 is the Oly housing for the C7070. The Ikelite housing is different (costs about US$600 (seen US$530 somewhere i think). The camera + ike housing would cost more than the US$800 I think.

It's pretty close if I remember correctly...$350 for the 7070 and $530 for the Ike housing, which would be my preference, no question...

Well there are several threads on the 7070 in here, search 7070 and see what pops up, but believe the general consenus is that it's the next step above for the 5060 (now outdated??) and with the exception from one person with a negative, focusing at close up in dim light, the reviews have been positive...

I'd get one, or will eventually with the Ikelite Housing... so IMNSHO, it's a good setup...
Next level would be the DSLR and hang on to your hat and Wallet for that upgrade....

Hope that helps...
