Need hotel/resort for 1 night in Nadi before boarding Nai'a

We are on the Nai'a at end of October and need to book a resort/hotel for the day before? Not looking for budget, but prefer something nice. We also hope to catch a couple day activities and places to eat. Beach is a plus. Thanks in advance!
