Need an OW cert (ssi) in michigan before July 8

I need to find an open water cert test, the actually dive. I've done the classes just need to have someone certify me. I'm leaving for australia july 8 and would like to have it done before then. I can provide a referral letter to anyone who can help me out.

Try contacting Seaquatics out of Midland, MI. Sometimes they have instructors who run down to Gilboa Quarry near Findlay, OH or they go to some of the lakes in their area (can't remember the names). They may have an instructor who can do your dives.

I just got certified through Aqua Hut in Toledo. They do their open water dives in Whitestar Quarry, near Gibsonburg Ohio, which is about a half hour drive from Toledo. If you're in sothern Michigan, check them out.

I know Scot Wernette is a SSI instructor. He teaches out of Sea the World Scuba Center in Farmington Hills, MI. I do not know if he is still active with SSI or not.
