Need advice/thoughts on a purchase price

I have an opportunity to purchase 2 scuba pro DIN reg sets for a new doubles set up. They are both very used but in good condition both have mk20 1st stages and the second stages are G250 and R380. includes the 7ft primary, 22in secondary, 2in brass/glass SPG and all other DIR hoses. All this and a new BP/wing and 2in harness w/ d rings (DIR) for 850.00. Being new into tech and new to Scubapro does this sound like a good deal???

Im also concerened about the 1st stages not being sealed (freezeup) doing intro to cavern in MO and dont want to worry about FF/freeze.

BTW the owner is an instructor/dealer and maintains his equipment well.
