Am I going to have to be the first one to point out that none of these (nor any dive computer) "tracks decompression sickness" ?

You probably aren't going to find a wrist computer/wrist compass combination out there. If you do, your stipulation on it being fashionable could be an issue.

There are several nice dive watch/dive computer combinations out there. I have several friends and customers who use and wear theirs daily. Myself I am very hard on my wrist watches (that is a bit of an understatement. I am BRUTAL on watches) and have a difficult time being comfortable with relying on it to give me accurate information when I need it. I like to keep my watches as wristwatches and my dive computers as scuba equipment.

Some choices to look at might be:

Aeris Epic http://www.scuba.com/scuba-gear-17/009116/Aeris-Epic-Air-Nitrox-Hoseless-Computer.html

Aeris Manta http://www.scuba.com/scuba-gear-17/009150/Aeris-Manta-Air-Nitrox-Computer-Watch.html

Citizen Cyber Aqualand NX http://www.scuba.com/scuba-gear-17/030703/Citizen-Cyber-Aqualand-NX-Air-Nitrox-Computer.html

Oceanic Atom 2.0 http://www.scuba.com/scuba-gear-17/009122/Oceanic-Atom-2.0-Air-Nitrox-Dive-Computer.html

Oceanic Geo http://www.scuba.com/scuba-gear-17/009133/Oceanic-Geo-Air-Nitrox-Computer-Watch.html

Each of these would function as either a watch or a dive computer. You'll notice several are very similar, being made in the same factory. Look for features that appeal to you in the display as that is probably going to be the most noticable difference.

The NX is a dive computer.

Well, that sucks. I always push the limits no matter how bad it hurts.:D
I think the issue is those lovely alarms that go off when the computer thinks you have just killed yourself...which, if you did, I'm not sure how the alarm would help... other than to make the diagnosis quickly.

Dive Rite has a computer that looks about the size of a wrist watch. I can't remember which one it is, but I want to say the Dive Rite Nitek HE, or the Duo, or the Duo Plus. Only seen it once.....but looked very nice.... and it'll do multiple gasses with switching underwater.

So if I choose between the Citizen Aqualand NX and the Nemo titanium is it basically the Citizen that's more mainstream and has better features plus a lower price?

The Diverite watch sized computer has gone away. They now have a DUO which is a great two gas computer that has nice big numbers and is downloadable.
