Need a place to stay...

I'm trying to set up a trip to Belize, and want to stay on Ambergris Caye. It is a group of both divers and nondivers, so we want to stay on the beach if possible. Have been there only once, when we were on a cruise ship, but the beach was amazing where we stopped, and we all want to go back and stay longer. I'm looking for reccommendations for a dive operation as well. Oh, and A/C is a must, there are several of us that prefer not to 'rough it' on vacation.
