Another (long overdue) update: I didn't get to take a DSD course in Grand Cayman last year because my husband became ill on that trip, but we just went to Belize and did a class on Ambergris Caye. It was amazing! We had an awesome instructor at Scuba School Belize, and now we're trying to decide where we should go to get certified.
