The closest are ones like the Wexford, dived from Port Franks or Grand Bend. It has irregular charters.
Then there's the Tiller, off St. Catherines. Toronto has the Sligo.
But you might really want to go to Tobermory. It's a 3 hour drive, but Diver's Den has many dive boats going out to some awesome old wooden shipwrecks. The pinnacle dives in Toby are the Forest City (40 to 150 ft) and the Arabia (90ft). Also good are the Niagara (80ft,) an intentionally sunken ship. There's even a good one, the Alice G, at the "tugs" shore diving site. There are others at the tugs too, but they're quite broken up.
Farther afield are wrecks in Brockville. Contact Abucs Scuba for charter. It's river diving so there's current, but it's manageable.
For non-wreck dives there are popular quarries with sunk things and some without. Cedar Hill, near Wiarton is popular too.

This isn't for diving, but for testing out a sub-sea laser scanner. I'd arrange a special charter for this (fishing charter or something).

Interesting! Which frequency does the laser use?
