WOO-HOO!! I have finally brought my swimming mile down to 40 minutes from 45. And this is the 3rd time so I know it isnt a fluke anymore. I contribute my improvement to a better kick. And I think my better kick comes from scuba :)

Bring on the kudos - I am way proud of myself. :)
