First the NC-17:

I spent six days and 19 dives at Liberty Dive in Tulamben. I really can't say enough good things about my dives there. I indicated a preference for macro when I made my reservations and was 'assigned' a guide, Toma, for the duration. He did an absolutely superb job of finding small critters. Towards the end it became almost comical, "yet another ghost pipefish/ghost shrimp/harlequin shrimp/nudibranch". . . The wreck itself was relatively unimpressive, and seems way overdived, but the muck slopes in that area are just superb and there weren't that many divers in the water with us.

Huge thumbs up for Liberty Dive and Toma. I would absolutely go there again
