Navy Seal Exposure Suit.....

Does anyone have any experience with the Navy Seal Exposure suits?? It is a "type of" dry suit with no air release valve.

How safe is it....How practical is it? Can an air release valve be installed.....cost?

I would doubt it would be suitable for Scuba. If it did not come with valves it probably wasn't made for diving. I would guess that valves could be added but the suit is probably not engineered to take the pressures of being underwater.

I suspect you're talking about the permeable wetsuit whose material becomes porous when hot & closes up when cold.

Not cost effective for straight diving, they may be useful if you're dipping in & out of the water all day.
