I have a Nautilus Lifeline VHF Radio, and I'm looking for the Desktop Software to change the VHF channel when I travel. I had the software installed on my server, but the server didn't survive my move to Florida. I checked on the Nautilus website, but they don't have any information on the first-generation NLL.

For anyone else who has the first-generation NLL, do you know where I can download the software or have an image file of the software that you can share with me?

Have you tried their tech support
TechSupport@NautilusLifeLine.com
The last time I contacted support, they said they no longer support the radio version. I've reached out to them again.

Fwiw, the email address you provided is no longer valid. The email I sent to that address bounced back.

After reaching out to Nautilus again, here's the response that I received.

"The gen 1 LifeLine Desktop Software can be downloaded from the following page: https://lifeline2stg.wpenginepowered.com/lifeline-radio/

Important: If prompted by the Desktop Software to do a firmware update, please click No. The Desktop Software has not been updated to allow firmware updates on the latest versions of Windows and the firmware can potentially be erased during this process."

I ran into connectivity issues when using the old software on a new notebook. I run it on an old Vista unit (kept for 90s era bmw diagnostics) and it works great. Love the first generation.

So far, I've been using the software on Windows 10 and Windows 11 Pro versions with satisfactory results. When it's making the connection, it is slow, but eventually it makes the connection.
