An imported micro brew is a beer that some guys in California get together to make on a small scale, put a colorful label on it with a clever name and sell for lots of money because it is somehow "cool".

to be honest, they're not really trying. They could emplty out the old anti-USSR forces from germany onto trains and ship them to south france and to Italy and load them on commercial RO-RO ferries to land a few divisions in Libya if they really wanted to... No need for fancy assault landing ships for that job. But they're not in a hurry to go invade anywhere else after following the US around and getting shot at elsewhere in the middle east.
 
I would say mike lever (captain of the nautilus explorer) add's the bar bill to calm you before he cram's you in a cage and sends you down to the sharks, or after, forget which way that goes.

Micro brew to me is high octane 8%, 9%, 10%, or even higher.
