The Nautilus Explorer Live-aboard is looking for quality professionals.
This is a hard working crew with tremendous esprit de corps in a team environment. Turnover is low. You will be expected to work hard and genuinely pull your own weight. You'll have tremendous experiences and make good friends. BUT quarters are tight, typical of a ship of this size. Scheduling is done 6 months out.
Mate Requirements include:
- STCW watchkeeping mate,
- GOC radio operator certificate,
- Experienced diver and working in the dive industry,
- Opportunity for advancement in the company,
- Full buy-in required on safety, guest services and maintenance,
- Scheduled rotation with fixed time off,
- WKM - ISM and ISPS experience preferred,
- Mechanical aptitude, while being even tempered with a positive attitude,
- Good email and computer skills required.
Benefits:
- 1 year contract
- 4 - 5 weeks on // 4 - 5 weeks off - exact rotation depends on the schedule of the ship
