This question is specifically directed to NAUI CDs or rep who is not in the US or North America:

if someone who lives in the USA takes an ITC, say in Asia and gets certified, how do the process go? I know NAUI Asia Pacific and NAUI Europe has certain autonomy, but does the certification comes from the region in which it was certified or will,it be forwarded to NAUI HQ in the US for process? Or will the certification be done by the regional HQ and then grandfathered into the US record since the new instructor will be operating in the US subsequently certifying students in the US?

In similar vein, if an American NAUI instructor goes to Asia, happens to teach a class there, how does he certify his students? Through NAUI Asia Pacific or through his regular channel just like he does back home considering his students lives in the Asia pacific region?
