My Favourite is the M.V. Dara, an Indian Cruise Ship that sunk in the Persioan Gulf off of the Coast of the United Arab Emirates.

M.V. Dara sunk in the early 1960s and quite a number of people died.

The M V Dara was considered the 2nd largest passenger shio to sink in piece-time after the Titanic...

It lies in 18 M water while some parts go up to 10 Meters or so...

Excellent marine life but unfortunately there is always a current around it...

Wreck diving the "Carrie Lee" for those Tech divers.
CARRIE LEE - DiveTech Ltd.
The Carrie Lee wreck sits in 165-260fsw/50-80msw off the southern end of Grand Cayman. The Carrie Lee has twice slid down the sloping top of the wall, resting today right on the edge of the drop-off, with her bow tipping over the edge of the abyss(4,000 feet). From the top of the wheelhouse at 155fsw/50msw, she slopes down with her bow out over the wall. The bottom of the bow sits in 260fsw/79msw, with the majority of her deck in the 170fsw/52msw range. A great site for Trimix. Today, the Carrie Lee is abundant with an overgrowth of encrusting and tube sponges and corals. A large variety of marine life has made their home here. Warm water and great visiblity (200 ft plus).
Dive sites on the island for Technical divers are numerous and many dives are exploratory to see new walls and sites. The Carrie Lee Wreck was a favorite, The Elevator, Nancy's Chute, Dan's Donut, Funky Town, Elephant Ear Sponge, Leslie's Curl and many other wall sites with chutes, swim through, pipes and overhangs abounding, the deep sponge belt being also a favorite. Technical charters are priced per dive, and vary depending on the depths and profiles being run. Gases were priced separately. Custom packages were put together to match our diving need. DiveTech ran some of our trips with just two (2) divers.

ALL the wrecks in Truk !!

I have too agree w/ Scuba-jim w/ the Aikoku Maru in Truk..

Wimp that I am, my favorite (by a wide margin) so far is the Arabia in Tobermorey. Looking at it head-on, I can imagine it still able to sail away with the anchor chains hanging off the jib on the front and the windlass is still in Grade A condition even after better than 100 years.

The Eber Ward is a close second with the Monrovia ready to top the list after I can get a few more dives on her. I am told that the Minneapolis is an outstanding dive as well.

My Advanced Nitrox instructor is trying to talk me into starting my tech diving course so that I can dive the Florida and Viator which are two his favorites. No money for that yet.

1-spiegal grove
2-Higgins freighter...jacksonville florida

I have to say that the best wreck ive dove is this one.
Becourse it gives so much of information and history.

For four vecks every year a group of divers excavate this site on behaf of the museum
It is not the biggest or most "playground" like wreck were you can explore by penetration.
But definitly the most exiting ive bin to.
