Yes I know it has changed alot and probably will again before the summer season starts. This might even be in the area where several houses were lost to the hurricane couple years ago, so the landmarks may be totally gone. If I have the time when driving through the NH area I might just go the beach road and see if I can pick it out again just from memory. I won't be bringing my boat up there to wreck hunt off the beach that much is for sure...

Yeap, the other is about 500' from the tip of the pier.

The Winks may be a nice little "beach project" for later this year. I'll try to see if there is interest, the more looking the faster found.

There is another lost site just to the North. It use to be a cement pier a long time ago. I had that planed for 2007 but the ARs near OI took all of my time. Maybe this year.

Spearo, I'd be interested in joining you for the search. I come down with the family every year in late August so if you haven't found it by then or would just like to show off your discovery let me know. Thanks.

Oyster Diver,

I've been asking around a lot (even at local dive shop) but without any luck. This may be a nice little project for the summer. A few on kayaks can drag a line with a hook at first and then you dive it after it has been found and marked.
The best time to get a boat in the surf is July and August but there are good days at any time during the season from time to time but one have to go and look.

Let's see if others want to participate, divin it should be at least an "advance open water" and the boat size the smallest the better to exit in the sirf.
There may be four to five lot size areas to look so the more the better. Vis. can be in inches at times so you may be over it not know it.

Will work on it, some more!
