Well I rented tanks for the dive on Sunday(dive shop has a group) turns out its M day so now I have to dive Saturday and need a buddy so if anyone wants to dive let me know

I think Sept/Oct is supposed to be excellent re temps. Thats what my dive shop says. I have thin skin, so I'll probably always be a few mil ahead of the game.

Hmmm does anyone know when it gets warm enough for 3mm suit diving?

Never.

On Labor day I took my hood and gloves off thogh.

I just joined this group too.

Wasn't too bad. I think it was about 48 at depth on Sunday. Can't see squat though. Viz is pretty bad. We were on a platform working on some skills and couldn't see from one side to the other.

Chris

I am guessing that "Vis is pretty bad" = life without zebra mussels.

Hi. I just joined the Millbrook Quarry group on MySpace.com I tried to post a new topic and reply to an existing one but the system wouldn't let me. Anyway, I'm looking for dive buddies to dive in the Millbrook Quarry this weekend (August 12-13). If anyone is up for it, I got both my tanks filled and have my quarry pass - just say the word.

Thanks, Mike

Hi Mike and Dive_Guy I need some wet time to practice buoyancy. I can do Sat (need to pick up tanks) or Sunday. Let me know.
