my silicone seals fit perfectly without having to cut. Normal?

No, while it doesn't happen all the time....there are quite a few that can just "slip into" a suit with an untrimmed seal.
 
I don't cut mine either and I am by no means small :(. With the silicone seals I don't have to cut them, they're more accommodating of varying neck sizes then latex. That being said they are a bit snug on the surface, underwater I don't even feel them at all.

I'm 6 foot and 185 pounds. Don't cut them either. Silicone rocks.
 
Me too, a small silicone fits perfect without trimming, which is weird as almost nothing fits me properly due to odd proportions, I need custom suits, fins and masks that fit are very hard to find etc guess I'm a freak.
 
It doesn't need to be perfectly straight, just continuous. I cut my first latex seal and it wasn't as difficult as I'd imagined, was rather nervous though.
 
Don't cut mine either.
