I've got someone out in California claiming on his Dual bonded T1 (3 mb/s) it is taking 3 minutes or more to download the Scuba Gallery page, in my tests on my business DSL (1.5 mb/s) I got a range of 30-90 seconds with a reload requiring about 10-20 seconds. ANyone else seeing poor download times?
