Are all sealed regs packed with christolube? I have seen my apeks regs taken apart and reasembled and there was no "packing" of christolube anywhere. O-rings were greased, but thats about it. Is this for atomics only?

Christolube (or similar material) can be used to fill the ambient chamber of piston regulators to prevent 1st stage free-ups. Apeks are diaphram 1sts.

So what did it turn out to be? Did Scubatoys get to test the old regulator at depth? Or is it yet to be tested?

I'm still waiting to hear from them on this.

Joe??

We did not to go down to lake Travis last weekend (with all the rain) so it may a few weeks before we can test it at depth. But we will post as soon as we know somthing... I may send it to Cozumel with a Friend in two weeks!

Thanks

Joe
