So I just got back from the scuba shop here in Kuwait and decided to share what I bought.
Could I be mistaken, or are you just a little excited about your new gear? :)

Good for you. The first set of gear is always exciting. And, it is usually hard to wait to try it out in the water. Have fun!

You seem to be a ScubaPro enthusiast ;). I have the Mk25/S600 and love them. When I was first certified I used a Nighthawk BC but hated it, later I found out that I was not taught how to use right and wish I would have bought one instead of the stab jacket I ended up with. IMO back inflate is the only way to go but that is just my opinion. ScubaPro is good gear you can't go wrong with it. I have also dove Atomic reg's which are also nice reg's. What ever you do for reg's get the best you can afford, you wont regret it. I bought a lesser expensive set of reg's first and wish I had bought the Mk25/S600 the first time.

Good luck and stay safe!

I'm acually not into any specific brand but the shop I went to sells scubapro gear mostly.
I'm getting an qualung look 2 prescription mask which is not a scubapro :)

I'm not looking for a BCD ATM since I'm on a diet. I don't want to buy an XL BCD and after two or three months I'll be needing a Large size BCD instead of XL. For now I'm buying the basic cheap gear. As for regulator, cylinder, BCD I'll rent them till I get my rescue or night dive certificate.

Purchase a Wing.

Skip the BCD

I never heard of a wing. I'll look that up and see what it is.
