By the way...how the heck to I edit my dive profile? I've got 106 dives now!!!:D
The board is still not fully functional and some things are still turned off. Editing your own profile is one of those things.

I've just updated the number of dives in your profile for you.

Ooooh....look...OVER 100 dives now...shiny...

Billay! My pictures from Maui thoroughly SUCK! A few nice people pics, fellow divers in the aquatic element, one or two "nice" critter shots. Mostly crap. Very sad. Had better results last year when I was pointing-shooting sans strobe. Worst part of it is that struggling with trying to take pictures, I may not have enjoyed myself as much as if I had just left the verkakte camera on the boat and enjoyed the sights. Conditions werent the best and that helped contribute to the problem...shore dives, or close to shore, there was a lot of particulate in the water and the viz was surprisingly poor. Molokini on the other hand had 100 ft plus. The "back side" of Molokini was a truly mind expanding experience...kicking at 80 feet and looking at the wall dissapear below you on it's way to 300. Three dives there...started the first at Shark Ledges and followed the current round to the back, the two dives in opposite directions (between The Cove and The Lighthouse). Had a fun time during a night dive at Black Rock too. Met up with some friends that were there and gathered up a couple of other divers, six of us total, cruised aroud the rock...a pair of whitetip reef sharks, a humongous conger eel, lobsters, morrays, oh my!

Dude! That sounds crazy. Sorry to hear about some of the conditions, maybe you can get corrective lenses for your viewfinder :) When I dove Oahu in July the first dive of the day had 100ft+ of vis and the next dive that day had 40ft maybe.

I'm sure you're over-exaggerating and you've got some awesome pics. There's no way you don't because look at the stuff you pulled off the first time we dove together. Now lets see em!!!

Congratulations. Diving can be a very addictive sport. I also got certified by Scott and Mike. They are great fun to go diving with. If you and your dive buddy would even consider it, I'm interested in being added to your buddy list. I have about the same amount of dives as you but I prefer dive boats along Ventura to shore diving.

Think about it and let me know if you guys are interested.

Thank you,
Summer

Hi Summer,
