I had the chance this week to try them out briefly over 3 dives. First thing I noticed is that the housing seemed pretty negative and when I let it go it quickly flips forward rolling over onto its back. I didn't have to much time to familiarize myself with it out of the water so I fumbled through what all the buttons did during the dives.. I was surprised out how close I had to get to stuff without zooming. Still don't quite understand the manual white balance.

The gates vl8 lights were extremely bright but they didn't have much reach. From what I have read that is pretty normal underwater but still suprising. I tried attaching some floats to the ucls arms to stop it from flipping forward but it didn't help. I got a float for the housing it self but didn't have a chance to try it yet.

Most of the clips are prett jerky but Here are 3 unedited clips that seemed to come out ok.
