I was going to ask if it was a Whites when I first read the post. When I had the same problem occur after only a couple of months and I was a Whites dealer. The former VP of Whites told me they had a bad batch of seals and replaced several for both myself and a couple of customers suits at no cost. It is nothing you have done wrong but unlikely you will get free replacements at this late stage.
