Some great suggestions....I will try to get to as many as I can.

I guess I have to take my cold-water boots out of retirement (I find that they make it very hard to get my fins off when wearing them).

Try using a very light coating of armor all inside the fin pockets. I spray a little on a paper towel and wipe it inside the pocket. They slide off and on easier. It lasts a few dive then washes off. I know i will probably get flamed for saying that as some people claim it wrecks the fin pocket but i have been using it on a pair of fins for 14 years without a problem yet.
