yea, several times while diving in cyprus fellow dive buddies called the police, we also wrote down car plates and gave them to the police... not sure if they did anything to follow it up.
but i know that they are trying to prevent this sort of behavior as diving is one of the main tourist attractions in the region i stayed...
so ha!
i was the one that started this thread, i had my eyes open and got some good info...
i thought it was all over an done with.
but it does look like there are some pot stirrers...
