Multiple Images in signatures?

On the signature edit page "Allow Image BB Code No"

Is there a way to change that, or is that the default for everyone except mods?

That could be the problem. It's a board-wide default setting for members afaik. It's probably locked down due to past abuse of some kind.

I'm going to have to check on it with the board adminstrators - it's not something I can change.

I'll post here again when there's a resolution.

I don't doubt they locked it because people were using multiple large images in their sigs.

Is there a way to put multiple images in your signature along with text?

Rather than just a large banner, what I'm trying to do is put a logo, along with facebook and Youtub icons, and some text.

If not, is it possible to at least put the logo and text without the icons?

Are you trying to do something like what I did?

BB Code in Sigs is probably not a great idea. It can really mess up page displays etc.

Sort of. Look a few posts up. The one with the fb and youtube icons is exactly what I want my signature to look like. let me guess. Image code is allowed in sigs for supporting members?

Not really - if you're referring to gypsyjim's signature, he's just linking to images in his gallery on SB:

Supporting Members receive a wide range of account extras that go above and beyond what regular Registered Members get.

The ability to have your member name appear in red in all of your posts, and in the "Currently Active Users" listing (just like how Moderators are Green).

No, that didn't work either. I thought possibly you could link to an image mapped graphic on another site but it loses all the references to the other sites when pasted into your sigline.

FWIW, I did not notice a difference in the various signatures and pictures. The little YouTube and Facebook icons blended into the overall setting so I mainly saw the words anyway.
