John J. McAniff, Sr passed away on Jan 4th after a long battle with cancer. John is best know for his pioneering work in writing the US Underwater Diving Fatality Statistics at the University of Rhode Island and published by the US Dept. of Commerce and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Undersea Research Program.
