Well, let's just try to remember that this is not IBM. This is one guy. He's a great dive boat operator, but a not-so-great computer person, obviously. Like I said before, I've got no skin in this game, other than just personally wanting to see this boat succeed.

I think he's been mishandled by the guy he trusted to handle the website.

I'll call him and tell him to get that guy ON it! I agree, this is definitely taking way too much time.
