Aye, but it don't vary much from thar! Summer and Winter, always the 3mil in these thar sprung waters. Thus only difference you'll see be the hoodied-vest when thar air be friggid.

Yea, 3mm is a bit light for the springs. Get a hood too. That will help.

I was wearing a hood and I thought that would do the trick...but, guess I will have to get a vest to wear under the suit. Heck, when I get older I might be diving a dry suit some day....guess I won't be making fun of MDB and her dry suit anytime soon.:)
 
Hopefully, I'll be diving dry soon. I think it's overkill in some scenarios, but if you are doing longer dives in the springs, it will REALLY chill you. I used to not wear too much in the springs until I started diving with the rebrather guys. Try doing a 2 hour dive in Morrison...whooo! I was PRAYING for a drysuit!
