Are you an instructor, charter, resort, or cruise line? Avair has created an LED pressure indicator for your patron's tanks. It connects to the first stage and provides a pressure feedback to the instructor / dive master or even dive buddy as to the diver's air pressure.

Starting at green, and turning yellow, and finally red to indicate tank pressure.
The LED lights are similar to holiday rope lights in appearance with a sensor / transducer at the first stage end, and a textual pressure gauge at the other end. The lights can be turned off, and the unit works on 2 "AA" batteries.

Kristin Felske, wife of designer tells us that the "DAVA" (Divers Audio Visual Aid) is new and unique pressure gauge with lighting up to give a visual indication of pressure. "Everybody is you buddy."

Avair is looking to license manufacturers for their designed product, with a production launch of around 3q2008. Prototypes appear in the photos below.
