Thankfully, I am a lawyer. She seems to have a taste for other sharks, though, as evidenced by the soupfins.

I think even Great Whites are afraid of Lawyers these days. Have you hit up the family of The Soup Fins for a wrongful death suit against the GWS?

Just kidding. :)

one guy in front of me was waiting until the staff turned their back..i was about to ask him to stop, when the guy beside him started putting his hand if front of his lens every time he put the camera up..i was very impressed with that guy..:D

the amusing thing about people using a flash in the exhibit is that the flash bounces off the plexiglass, puts a glare over the entire photo, all you see is a photo of your own flash, with some dark blue in the corners.

The amazing thing is that people haven't learned this, inspite of all the years that flash photography has been around ;)

How many monkeys descended from their trees during those formative years of evolution to pet the kitty cat, only to be eaten by the pretty tiger?

How many divers will jump in the water with a freshly released great white...scratch that thought ;)

oooo oooo me me, I'm jumping in, maybe, if someone gets attacked, by the hungry shark they released in the waters, with a tracking device no less! we can claim negligence. Not that i'm advocating sueing a great place like the aquarium, heck i'm a member, but I bet the lawyers on that one would have a good case. Aquarium knew shark was 300 feet off san carlos beach.

I hope the shark never sees a night diver, one inadvertent flash in the eyes with the light; the shark might want some revenge.

good point..anyway, whatever about seeing one during the day, can you imagine moving your light on a night dive and illuminating a great white?
