Modified Dolphin on eBay? Scam?

Anyone know this unit on eBay? The seller is new with no feedback and keeping the auction private (3 day no less) so I am a bit skeptical. It does not show pictures I've seen before so I figured I'd ask if anyone knows the unit or is unaware thier unit has reappeared on eBay

No feedback,private bidders....that never passes the smell test. I can't tell you how many times we have caught rebreather scammers on E-Bay.....
