Urgent! Have DAN insurance; Generali demanding upfront payment b4 providing medical evacuation

Yes I purchased Travel Insurance noted below for a Cozumel trip 9/2020. Had an unexpected medical problem that forced cancellation of dive trip. Long story short, Gererali refused payment of the claim. Close review of pages in the policy had clear ambiguities in the document & therefore coverage denied. Gererali Insurance is a Catch 22 deal; "Word to Wise" is NEVER, EVER purchase worthless "loop hole" travel insurance from Gererali.
