That's really original did you think of that one all on your own.
Maybe I have a bad habit of not waiting to cool off before writing posts and maybe I over reacted.
But I still stand by why I said. 3+ weeks and no response to multiple communications is unacceptable.
If your really that overwhelmed, hire a secretary, get an intern, etc.
At the very least send out a bulk email, post on your facebook page, etc. to let people know that you're really busy, and you'll respond as soon as you can.
